Do you re-use plastic containers once they're empty? These tubs can provide an economic method for food storage, but finding yesterday's leftovers when you really want the butter is annoying. Did you know the lids for many of these containers are interchangeable? By switching lids between tubs, it's easy to determine what is original packaging and what isn't. (For example, I might use a butter lid on a sour cream container to store leftovers.) BINGO... it's now easier to spot what I really want when I open my refrigerator... no more mistaken identity!
